Cooking is something I was born into.
I have enjoyed it my entire life. Our recipes are family recipes handed down generation to generation though some have my
own special twist. I started out cooking for friends and family for small get togethers and birthday parties and friends and
family referred me to their friends and inadvertantly forced me to branch out to utilize my talent and let other people
experience fine Italian food. It was the best thing to happen to me because it gave me a way to show others my talent by doing
what I love most. We have been in business for 20 years although our cooking talent and love for cooking is far older
than that. All of our food is cooked to order and never frozen. We are proud to say it goes from our kitchen to yours.
We offer a variety of fresh, never frozen meat ranging
from tender veal to boneless and on the bone chicken, juicy roast beef to traditional Italian meatballs, tasty pepper steak
to melt in your mouth filet mignon and even succulent shrimp.
Try our delightful meat, poultry and shrimp in a variety of made to order sauces
including our butter and lemon based Francese, delicious Marsala mushroom and wine sauce, lemon and imported caper based Picatta,
balsamic vinegar based Arabiatta, savory Savoy, cheesy Parmigiana, and spicy Murphy sauce with hot peppers and roasted potatoes.
We offer a variety of delicious pasta dishes including
ricotta stuffed shells, Penne pasta in a rich Vodka cream sauce, Manicotti smothered in mozzarella cheese and Marinara sauce,
oven baked Ziti with ricotta and mozarella cheese, and Cavetelli and broccoli sauteed in olive oil and garlic.
